Dynasty Digital Ventures sells digital products, including AI prompt vaults, kits, and bundles. All products are delivered electronically as downloadable files. No physical products are shipped.
2. Purchasing and Payment
By placing an order, you agree to provide accurate and complete payment information. All prices are listed in USD. Payment is processed securely through Shopify's payment system.
3. Digital Product Delivery
Upon successful payment, you will receive immediate access to download your purchased product. A download link will also be sent to the email address provided at checkout.
4. Refunds
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final once the product has been delivered. If you experience a technical issue preventing access to your purchase, contact us within 7 days at joe@dynastydigitalventures.com for resolution or a full refund. 5. Intellectual Property
All content, prompts, designs, and materials sold through Dynasty Digital Ventures LLC are the intellectual property of Dynasty Digital Ventures LLC. Purchasing a product grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use the prompts for your own business purposes.
You may NOT:
- Resell, redistribute, or share our products with others
- Claim our content as your own original work
- Upload our products to any public or shared platform
6. Use of Our Products
Our AI prompt products are tools designed to assist with content creation and business tasks. Results generated by using our prompts in AI tools are yours to use for your business. However, Dynasty Digital Ventures makes no guarantees about specific business results, income, or outcomes from using our products.
7. Account and Email Communication
By making a purchase or subscribing to our email list, you may receive order confirmations, product updates, and marketing emails. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email.
8. Limitation of Liability
Dynasty Digital Ventures provides digital products "as is." We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products.
